Privacy Policy

This website, Juläine London ("we"), belongs to and is run by the UNTIL group. Its purpose is to explain Juläine, a collagen-stimulating injectable, and to forward enquiries to UNTIL Health Concierge, who set up assessments with doctors working at an UNTIL club. We give no treatment ourselves. For anything in this policy, write to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

Information we collect: submitting the form at /arrange-an-assessment sends us your first and last name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to add one, the areas you are interested in, the UNTIL club you prefer, when to reach you, how you heard about the site and anything you type in the message box. The form asks no health questions and asks you to keep medical history out of the message.

What we do with them: we use them to answer you and nothing else. UNTIL Health Concierge contacts you, arranges an assessment at the club you picked and gives the practitioner the details needed to see you. Your clinical record is kept by that practitioner under their own privacy notice. We do not sell your details or share them for marketing.

Storage: each enquiry is emailed to UNTIL and saved in a database hosted by Supabase. It is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and arrange the assessment.

UK GDPR gives you the right to a copy of your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise a right, write to james.morrissey@until.co.uk.

Analytics: PostHog (EU region) runs only if you accept the consent banner. It records page views and clicks, and never the contents of the form.
